We have taken a lot of day trips out of Santa Fe while here. One of the trips was to a place called Tent Rocks -- it was really interesting and included a hike up a slot canyon. Really good day and interesting rock formations. The rocks balanced on top of the tent rocks were incredible. This was just less than an hour south of Santa Fe.
Starting into the slot canyon to climb to the top of the mesa. It got progressively more narrow until we were weaving through the tight turns one ofter another until we were on top looking down.
