In Pohkara

We had a 7 hour bus ride through tropical and rice growing areas to get to where we will find our porters and start the Annapurna Circuit Trek. We can see Annapurna and quite a bit of the Himalayan range from the roof this morning. We will start in about three days then I think it will be about a month before I can get back on line. Maybe after that We can get some more photos on the blog. Kathmandu was such a crowded noisy and hectic place but with good food and good shopping. It is good to be in a smaller place with clear air on a beautiful lake. We will post some later. Darryl and Susan.
